- Carrot : 1 no
 - Beetroot : ½ no
 - Apple : ½ no
 - Tomato : 1 no
 - Ginger : 1 inch
 - Salt	: as needed
 - Mint leaves : 1 spring
 
 
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes.
 Blend it all together.
 Strain the chunk and extract the juice, transfer to a glass and serve chilled.
