Rice cooked water
Kanji Vellam

Coconut oil

Shallots
Chopped

Green chilly
Sliced
Salt as reqd
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped shallots.
Sauté till the shallots turn into light golden brown in color.
Then add Rice cooked water.
Add green chilly.
Add salt as required.
Add drumstick leaves.
Bring it to a boil for maximum one minute.
Serve!!
