Murungakkai Poriyal(Drumsticks)
Murungakkai poriyal recipe is a simple and delicious. Drumsticks are almost an integral part of South Indian cooking.

- 3 to Murungakkai drumstick
- 10 Shallots
- 1 small Tomato
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Salt as taste
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- 2 tsp OIl
- curry leaves little
- In a Pan add oil and temper mustard and urad dal 
- Now add shallots and curry leaves, saute well 
- Now add tomato and cook for 2 mins 
- Now add chopped murungakkai and saute for 5 mins 
- Now add chili powder, salt and turmeric  and saute and add water to boil drumsticks 
- Now its ready to serve Murungakkai poriyal(Drumsticks)
