- This is not an official recipe. just a trial and error method. For a long long time, my noodles were sticky; watso ever i tried to do as per the instructions of experts. And finally i found out another easy method! And to make an ok-tasty noodle u really don`t need all that finicky ingrediants and all. 
- Cook the plain noodles in enough water. 
- :- Cook till it is cooked enough. 
- Transfer the noodles into a strainer and run cold water into it and `wash` till u r satisfied. Keep it aside till the water is drained the maximum. 
- Add some oil and mix it well. 
- In a pan or kadai, fry the chopped(small) potatoes and keep it aside. 
- Similarly, scramble eggs and keep it aside. 
- Now if u feel ur noodles is still not dry, do this simple thing! it may not be so original; but works very well and fine. 
- Take a kadai and fry the noodles. 
- Stir occasionally and keep on low flame. 
- Fry chopped onion, chilli, capsicum and tomato. 
- Add small quantities of spice powders like black pepper, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in small quantities. 
- Add the kept aside potato and noodles into this and mix. 
- Add the scrambled egg and keep it on low flame for sometime. 
- :- Naadan noodles is ready!
