Paneer Bhurji | Spicy Cottage Cheese Scramble

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 No. Onion
  • 2 Nos. Green chilly
  • 1 No. Tomato
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ Tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam masala
  • Few Coriander leaves Chopped
  • ½ Cup Bell pepper chopped Any color
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the paneer and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Then add chopped onion, green chilly and salt as required.
  • When onion turns light brown in colour, add chopped tomato and saute for five minutes.
  • Now add all masala powders: kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  • Saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add crumbled paneer and chopped capsicum.
  • Cook for just 2-3 minutes till the raw smell from paneer goes off. Do not overcook.
  • Finally add some chopped coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
  • Serve paneer bhurji hot with chappathi, bread etc.
