200 g Paneer 1 Tbsp Chopped ginger and garlic 1 No. Onion 2 Nos. Green chilly 1 No. Tomato ¼ Tsp Turmeric powder ½ Tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder ½ Tsp Garam masala Few Coriander leaves Chopped ½ Cup Bell pepper chopped Any color Salt As reqd
Crumble the paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic.
Then add chopped onion, green chilly and salt as required.
When onion turns light brown in colour, add chopped tomato and saute for five minutes.
Now add all masala powders: kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Saute for 1 minute.
Then add crumbled paneer and chopped capsicum.
Cook for just 2-3 minutes till the raw smell from paneer goes off. Do not overcook.
Finally add some chopped coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
Serve paneer bhurji hot with chappathi, bread etc.
