Pineapple Tomato Soup
this soup is a very good appetizer before taking up a heavy meal.it has a mouth watering  tangy taste

- pineapple chopped 1 cup
- tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- green chilly 1no.
- ginger small piece
- bay leaf 1no.
- salt and pepper to taste
- white pepper 1/4 tea spoon
- water 3 cups
- take a bowl and add pineapple pieces 
- to it add tomatoes 
- also add 1 whole green chilly and 1 small ginger bit 
- now add few  mint leaves and one bay leaf 
- add water and pressure cook it in a medium flame for one whistle. 
- after cooked carefully remove the green chilly, ginger and bay leaf 
- strain the water and grind the pulp in a mixer and add it to the water strained 
- again heat the soup in a low flame for a minute and add the required salt, pepper, and white pepper 
- now our tangy pineapple tomato soup is ready
