Ragi adai /Finger Millet Adai recipe was in my try list for long time.Its a healthy breakfast/dinner recipe for diabetic and for people who wants to lose their weight.

Ragi Flour 2 cup onion 1 no. Red chili 5 no. salt to taste curry leaves 1 bunch oil 4 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp broken urad dal 1/5 tsp channa dal 1/2 tsp
chop the onion, red chili and curry leaves
in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and channa dal
in a bowl add ragi flour, salt, chopped onion, red chili, curry leaves and tempered mustard
add water and mix well and make as a thick batter
heat the tawa and put the batter in round shape through hand and apply oil, cook in medium flame
turn the side and apply oil, allow to cook for 5 mins
ragi adai is ready to serve
