- Ragi          1 cup
- sugar         1 1/4 cup
- ghee           200 ml
- cashews       6 no.
- soak the ragi in water for 1 hour 
- grind it by adding water 
- make sugar syrup to 1 string consistency 
- now pour the Ragi Batter in sugar syrup 
- allow to cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame until it becomes thick consisitency 
- add Ghee and mix continuounsly 
- stir untill it separates from pan 
- grease tray with ghee and set it a while 
- now ragi sweet is ready, garnish with cashews
