chop the raw mango into small pieces
 heat the oil and temper the mustard
 add raw mango and mix well, allow to cook for 10 minutes in oil
 mean while prepare tamarind paste
 prepare the pickle powder: fry the cumin seedm fenugreek seed, and coriander seed one by one with out oil and make as a powder
 add tamarind paste and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
 add red chili powder and salt and mix well and allow to cook in medium flame for 10 minutes
 add pickle powder which powder and mix well and allow to cook 10 minutes
 add jaggery and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
 now raw mango sweet pickle is ready
