Prawns Pickle in naadan style With Step by Step Pictures

- 100 gm Prawns
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 6 tsp Oil
- 50 gms Ginger
- 50 gms Garlic
- 1 tsp Uluva varuthu podichathu
- Salt for taste
Fry the prawns by adding turmeric and salt.
To the same oil(use fresh oil)add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
When it becomes fried as cryspy ,slow the flame and add chilli powder and salt for taste, take the mixture from fire and allow to cool.
After that mix the prawns and add 1 tablespoon vinegar and uluva powder to it.
If required you can add boiled water (cool).prawns pickle ready.
