  • 100 gm Prawns
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 6 tsp Oil
  • 50 gms Ginger
  • 50 gms Garlic
  • 1 tsp Uluva varuthu podichathu
  • Salt for taste


  • Fry the prawns by adding turmeric and salt.
  • To the same oil(use fresh oil)add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  • When it becomes fried as cryspy ,slow the flame and add chilli powder and salt for taste, take the mixture from fire and allow to cool.
  • After that mix the prawns and add 1 tablespoon vinegar and uluva powder to it.
  • If required you can add boiled water (cool).prawns pickle ready.
