Chinese Mushroom-Capsicum Pulao

  • cup Boiled rice
  • 200 gm Mushroom
  • ½ tbsp Garlic thinly chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  • ½ cup Red capsicum
  • ½ cup Green capsicum
  • ½ cup Yellow capsicum
  • tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • 2 tsp Oil


  • Clean mushrooms, pat it dry and cut it into big pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic. ginger and chopped green chillies and saute for a few seconds.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become soft and dry.
  • Add red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and saute for 1 minute until capsicum becomes little soft.
  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, boiled rice and lime juice. Stir well.
  • Add spring onion, salt and pepper powder. Stir well.
  • :- Sauces can be increased or decreased according to individual preferences.
  • Transfer the contentsto a plate.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
  • :- Serve hot.
