- 2 litre Milk
- 250 g Paneer
- 5 g All purpose flour Maida
- Baking powder A pinch
For syrup:
- 500 g Sugar
- 1/2 litre Water
- 1 tsp Rose essence
- For preparing yummy rasagula, first mash the paneer in a bowl. 
- Add baking soda, all purpose flour and mix well. 
- Boil water and sugar in a pan and thicken it. 
- Make balls out of the dough. Add this balls to the syrup and cook it. 
- Add rose essence and remove from fire. 
- Yummy rasagula is ready.
