Ingredients
  

  • 2 litre Milk
  • 250 g Paneer
  • 5 g All purpose flour Maida
  • Baking powder A pinch

For syrup:

  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1/2 litre Water
  • 1 tsp Rose essence

Instructions
 

  • For preparing yummy rasagula, first mash the paneer in a bowl.
  • Add baking soda, all purpose flour and mix well.
  • Boil water and sugar in a pan and thicken it.
  • Make balls out of the dough. Add this balls to the syrup and cook it.
  • Add rose essence and remove from fire.
  • Yummy rasagula is ready.
