Special Mango Ice Cream
Variety dessert - Special Mango Ice Cream
- 12 nos Ripe mangoes
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 no Egg
- Mango essence Few drops
- Food coloring Few drops, orange
- Mango cubes few
For preparing special mango ice cream, blend mangoes and make pulp.
Mix the pulp & sugar. Beat well.
Put all the ingredients: milk, cream, egg, mango essence and food coloring in a mixer except mango pieces & a little cream.
Add the mango pulp & whip for about 15-20 minutes till light & frothy
Freeze this mixture.
Remove the mixture when semi-solid & whip again for five minutes.
Serve decorated with cream & mango pieces.
