Creamy Apple Wonder
A very tasty and easy dessert
- 4 nos Apples peeled & chopped
- 4 tsp Rum
- 5 cups Milk
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 3 cups Cream
- 5 tsp Gelatine soaked in 1 cup water
- Apple chopped
For preparing creamy apple wonder, grind the apples to a smooth pulp.
Bring the milk to a boil, add the pulp & sugar and let it simmer for 4-5 mts.
Then add the gelatine and chill till set.
Keep the apple pieces (left for garnishing) soaked in rum.
Serve chilled with whipped cream & apple pieces.
