Creamy Apple Wonder

A very tasty and easy dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Apples peeled & chopped
  • 4 tsp Rum
  • 5 cups Milk
  • 8 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 cups Cream
  • 5 tsp Gelatine soaked in 1 cup water
  • Apple chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing creamy apple wonder, grind the apples to a smooth pulp.
  • Bring the milk to a boil, add the pulp & sugar and let it simmer for 4-5 mts.
  • Then add the gelatine and chill till set.
  • Keep the apple pieces (left for garnishing) soaked in rum.
  • Serve chilled with whipped cream & apple pieces.
