Heat a pan and put the prawns. Roast the prawns till the raw smell disappears .
Take the pan from heat and extract the prawn beans.
Crush the prawn in a mixer.
Add coconut and mango and grind into a coarse form(not to a fine paste).
Add chilly powder and salt. Chilly powder should be roasted in pan before use.
Add shallots, crushed curry leaves and grind(please note that final product shouldn`t be in fine paste form).
Splutter mustard seeds and mix it with the chammandhi.
NB:- Chammandis wil be tasty if we are using conventional AMMI instead of grinder.
