Ingredients
- Dried prawns(small chemmeen) - 25 g
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 of
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 5 nos
- Raw mango(grated) - 1/4 cup
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Take the pan from heat and extract the prawn beans.
- Crush the prawn in a mixer.
- Add chilly powder and salt. Chilly powder should be roasted in pan before use.
- Add shallots, crushed curry leaves and grind(please note that final product shouldn`t be in fine paste form).
- Splutter mustard seeds and mix it with the chammandhi.
- NB:- Chammandis wil be tasty if we are using conventional AMMI instead of grinder.
