For preparing chicken pakora, mix chicken with turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and little salt.
Cook chicken in the masala.
Mix together gram flour, rice powder, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves, onion, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt and little water.
Make a smooth paste. Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
Take chicken pieces and deep fry it in oil.
Chicken pakora is ready. Serve it as a snack.
