- Chicken boneless(strips) - 1/2 kg
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 1 cup
- Rice powder - 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida(A pinch/optional) -
- Onion - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(For frying) -
- Curry leaves - 1 cup

Instructions
- For preparing chicken pakora, mix chicken with turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and little salt.
- Cook chicken in the masala.
- Mix together gram flour, rice powder, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves, onion, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt and little water.
- Make a smooth paste. Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
- Take chicken pieces and deep fry it in oil.
- Chicken pakora is ready. Serve it as a snack.
