Oriental Stir Fry With Vegetables
Vegetables and noodles are cooked together with other ingredients

- 20 g Chinese cabbage finely sliced
- 10 g Palak chopped
- 20 g Zuchini finely sliced
- 20 g Carrot finely sliced
- 20 g Broccoli finely sliced
- 10 g Baby corn finely sliced
- 10 g Brussels sprouts
- 30 g Noodles
- Salt As reqd
- Pepper powder As reqd
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Chilly sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Butter
For preparing oriental stir fry with vegetables, first cut the vegetables, dip it in hot water and drain the water.
Cook the noodles and keep it aside.
Fry the vegetables and garlic in olive oil and butter. Keep aside.
Mix salt, pepper powder and spring onions with previously prepared noodles.
Then add the vinegar, soya sauce and chilly sauce to the noodles and add the prepared vegetables to it. Serve it hot.
Oriental stir fry is ready.
