  • 20 g Chinese cabbage finely sliced
  • 10 g Palak chopped
  • 20 g Zuchini finely sliced
  • 20 g Carrot finely sliced
  • 20 g Broccoli finely sliced
  • 10 g Baby corn finely sliced
  • 10 g Brussels sprouts
  • 30 g Noodles
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Butter


  • For preparing oriental stir fry with vegetables, first cut the vegetables, dip it in hot water and drain the water.
  • Cook the noodles and keep it aside.
  • Fry the vegetables and garlic in olive oil and butter. Keep aside.
  • Mix salt, pepper powder and spring onions with previously prepared noodles.
  • Then add the vinegar, soya sauce and chilly sauce to the noodles and add the prepared vegetables to it. Serve it hot.
  • Oriental stir fry is ready.
