For preparing fish and raw mango salad, cut the fish into long strips.
Marinate with salt and pepper and dust it with corn flour.
Deep fry the fish in oil and drain the excess oil on an absorbent paper.
Mix raw mango, coriander leaves, lime leaves, onion, pepper, chillies, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
Add the fried fish and toss.
Fish and raw mango salad is ready. Garnish with lime wedges and lime leaves.
