  • 1 no Raw mango grated
  • 1/2 kg Fish fillets
  • 7 nos Lime leaves
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 6 nos Bird eye chillies Kanthari mulagu
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Olive oil As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing fish and raw mango salad, cut the fish into long strips.
  • Marinate with salt and pepper and dust it with corn flour.
  • Deep fry the fish in oil and drain the excess oil on an absorbent paper.
  • Mix raw mango, coriander leaves, lime leaves, onion, pepper, chillies, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
  • Add the fried fish and toss.
  • Fish and raw mango salad is ready. Garnish with lime wedges and lime leaves.
