Heat oil in a pan.
Soak wheat for few hours.
Add enough water for boiling wheat and let the water boil.
Add some salt to the water and add the wheat and stir it continuously until done. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustard seeds, add whole red chilies, onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves to it.
Add beans, carrot, peas,required salt, sautT it for 3-4 minutes.
Add the above prepared wheat to the vegitable mix and stir it continuously, then add tomatoes.
Serve hot.
