Cracked wheat upma with vegetables

Ingredients
- Wheat Cracked - 2 cup
- Onion - 1 no
- Green chilies(Cut into small pices) - 3-4 nos
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Red chilies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Beans(cut into small pieces) - 15 no
- Carrot(cut into small pieces) - 3 nos
- Tomato(cut into small pieces) - 2 nos
- Peas(A handful) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Soak wheat for few hours.
- Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustard seeds, add whole red chilies, onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves to it.
- Add the above prepared wheat to the vegitable mix and stir it continuously, then add tomatoes.
- Serve hot.
