For preparing tasty masala dosa, first soak raw rice, urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for few hours.
Grind all these together and make a smooth batter.
Grind the cooked rice and then add to the batter and keep it for 6-8 hours.
Cook potatoes and onion well with enough salt.
Splutter mustard seeds in oil, add dry red chillies, shallots and fry for 2 minutes. Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Stir continuously.
Add the cooked potatoes to it and mix masala well.
Make the dosa in a tawa, put some masala into each dosa and roll it.
Tasty masala dosa is ready.
