For Masala:
- Potatoes - 3 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 3 nos
- Mustard seeds(Few) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty masala dosa, first soak raw rice, urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for few hours.
- Grind all these together and make a smooth batter.
- Grind the cooked rice and then add to the batter and keep it for 6-8 hours.
- Splutter mustard seeds in oil, add dry red chillies, shallots and fry for 2 minutes. Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Stir continuously.
- Add the cooked potatoes to it and mix masala well.
- Make the dosa in a tawa, put some masala into each dosa and roll it.
- Tasty masala dosa is ready.
