Yummy Yoghurt Cake
Curd cake is prepared by blending together yogurt, sugar, maida and other ingredients
- ½ cup Curd drained
- ½ cup Sugar
- 50 g Butter
- ½ tsp All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Milk
- ¼ cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- ½ tspn Baking soda
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
Melt butter in a pan and fry the coconut lightly. Allow to cool.
Take a mixing bowl and add the fried coconut, remaining butter, drained curd, all-purpose flour, milk and sugar. Beat well for 5 minutes.
Add vanilla essence, baking soda and coconut powder.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and cook for 10 minutes in high mode.
