Yummy Yoghurt Cake

  • ½ cup Curd drained
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • ½ tsp All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • ¼ cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • ½ tspn Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence


  • Melt butter in a pan and fry the coconut lightly. Allow to cool.
  • Take a mixing bowl and add the fried coconut, remaining butter, drained curd, all-purpose flour, milk and sugar. Beat well for 5 minutes.
  • Add vanilla essence, baking soda and coconut powder.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and cook for 10 minutes in high mode.
