Spaghetti Ball Fry

Cooked spaghetti mixed with cheese,celery and other ingredients to prepare spaghetti ball fry.

  • 1 cup Cooked spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Celery thinly chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies thinly chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Bread crumbs As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing spaghetti ball fry, first melt butter in a wide bottomed pan.
  • Add cornflour and stirring continuously add milk little by little. Remove from fire when the batter has thickened.
  • Allow the cornflour mixture to cool and add cooked spaghetti, celery, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper powder, grated cheese and required salt. Mix well and form balls with your palm and keep aside.
  • Prepare a batter by adding water to 1/4 cup maida.
  • Dip each spaghetti ball in maida batter and roll in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the spaghetti balls until crisp and golden.
  • Yummy Spaghetti ball fry is ready and serve hot with tomato sauce.
