Marinate fish with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces after dusting in maida or all purpose flour. Keep the fried fish aside.
In the same oil saute garlic, ginger, green chillies and onions.
Add soy sauce and tomato sauce. Stir in fried fish.
Add water and cover with a lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
If the gravy is loose, add 1 tbsp of corn flour mixed with water and heat in low to medium flame until the gravy is thick.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or nan.
