Sepan Kizhangu Dry Curry
Sepan Kizhangu(Taro) dry curry is very tasty and simple to make. Sepan Kizhangu is a root vegetable.

- 20 nos Sepan Kizhangu Taro
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Asafoetida A pinch, Kaayam
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 6 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Salt As reqd
Wash sepan kizhangu well and cook in pressure cooker for about 3 whistles time.
Add the desired quantity of salt at this time itself so that the salt gets absorbed in.
Wash in cool water and peel the skin.
Slice into 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add turmeric and asafoetida.
Add sepan kizhangu and fry for 2 mins.
Add red chilli powder and mix well.
Add some oil and fry.
Roast well till it turns brown.
