Rice flour

Salt
to taste

Ghee

Coconut
1
tbsp
Sugar
Instructions
Boil water in a kadai with salt and ghee.
Lower the flame and add the rice flour to the boiling water little by little and stir continously to make a smooth dough.
Remove from the flame and add coconut and sugar to the dough.
Make rotis with hand or roti maker.
Fry these rotis putting ghee on both sides.
:- Serve with any non veg curry or stew.
