Orotti Easy

Rice rotti made with coconut and ghee

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • 4 cups Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a kadai with salt and ghee.
  • Lower the flame and add the rice flour to the boiling water little by little and stir continously to make a smooth dough.
  • Remove from the flame and add coconut and sugar to the dough.
  • Make rotis with hand or roti maker.
  • Fry these rotis putting ghee on both sides.
  • :- Serve with any non veg curry or stew.
