Kerala Egg Curry For Appam
Tasty egg curry for appam,idiyappam,puttu,chapathy

- 2 nos Egg
- 2 nos Onion
- 1/2 spoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 nos Green Chilly
- 1 no Tomato small
- 1/4 spoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 spoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 spoon Chilli Powder
- 2 pinch Perinjeerakam
- 3 nos Cloves
- 2 nos Elachi
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 4 nos Pepper
- Salt as reqd
- 3/4 glass Coconut Milk
- 1 stem Curry leaves
Grind perinjeera, clove, elachi, Cinnamon stick,pepper in to powder form so as to make garam masala.
Heat little oil in a kadai.
Put ginger garlic paste and saute for 2min.
Add onion n saute till it become golden color.
Add curry leaves.
Put all powders and saute for another 3min.
Add the chopped tomatoes n keep for another 5 minutes.
Pour 1 glass hot water and cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Open the lid and add garam masala and salt.
Off the flame and pour coconut milk.
Finally put the eggs and serve.
