Maddur Vade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Small Semolina Chiroti Rava
  • 1 cup Maida flour
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Oil or Ghee
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 nos Onion
  • Curry leaves few
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix rava, maida, rice flour with ghee or hot oil, chillies, salt and curry leaves.
  • Cut onions into thin and long pieces.
  • Now mix everything with little water to a soft dough like chappathi dough.
  • Make medium size balls.
  • Spread it on polythene paper like puri by hand.
  • Fry both sides in oil till they turn golden brown.
  • :- Serve the hot crispy vade with coconut chutney.
