Fried Sweet Potato

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Egg
  • 3 tbsp Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Plain flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 275 gm Sweet potato 10 oz)(peeled and cut into large chips
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine egg, coconut milk, flour, sugar, salt and sesame seeds and mix well.
  • Add sweet potato chips and stir until they are well coated.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the battered chips until golden brown.
  • Drain well on kitchen paper towel and serve.
