Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Moong Dal Cheruparippu
  • 2 cups Raw rice Pachari
  • 5 - Red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash & soak the moong dal and rice for about 3 - 4 hours.
  • Grind it with the red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Pour the batter into a vessel and add the asafoetida and salt.
  • Mix well and make fine dosas on tava.
  • :- Serve hot with onion chutney or idli podi.
