Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Beetroot medium
  • 4 nos Garlic pods
  • 3 or Green chilly
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut beetroot into fine cubes.
  • Add chopped garlic and green chillies.
  • Add vinegar and salt.
  • Store in a jar.
  • :- Serve with Chappathi or poori after one day
  • :- This pickle can be made with carrots also.
