Heat oil in pressure pan.
Add the seasoning ingredients and saute for 1 min.
Add the green chillies and minced onions, salt, turmeric and cook till golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while.
Add cucumber, tomatoes, coriander powder and chilli powder, stir well and saute for 3 mins.
Add 1/2 cup water, change the flame to high, close the lid and pressure cook until 1 or 2 whistles.
After cooling, open the lid and see if any water left.
:- If water is there, just cook open until water evaporates.
Finally garnish with cilantro leaves.
:- Serve with plain rice.
