Mushroom Soup

Nutritious and delicious mushroom soup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Mushroom
  • 3 nos Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook tomato and mushroom in 1 cup of water.
  • Grind it in a blender and strain it.
  • Heat the soup with 1 cup of water. Stir ocassionally.
  • Add the corn flour which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water to the soup so as to thicken it.
  • Add salt and freshly ground pepper powder and cook till it becomes thick.
