Instructions
Soak the bread slices in yoghurt for 10 mins.
Remove the bread from the yoghurt and cut them into pieces.
Cut onion, tomatoes and carrot into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
Add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute till the raw smell of the onion leaves.
Add tomatoes and carrot and fry for sometime.
Add the bread pieces followed by salt and chilly powder.
Mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
