chopped

Garlic

Coconut milk

Turmeric powder

Garam masala powder

Instructions
Place the semiya along with salt in boiling water.
When done, allow it to drain.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onions and sautT followed by green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Add salt ad mix well.
Add meat and all the powders and saute.
Add thick coconut milk and mix well.
Allow it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add the cooked vermicelli and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and onions fried in ghee.
