Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Mix together wheat flour, mashed potatoes, chilly powder, garam masala powder, chopped onions(optional), fennel seeds, salt and curd.
Knead them together along with a little water to form a dough.
Make big balls off the dough.
Roll them out into thick chappathis.
Heat the griddle.
Cook it on both sides.
When half done, spread 2 tsp of ghee on each side and fry on low fire, till little golden.
