Tricolor Egg

Scrambled egg with broccoli, cauliflower and tomato

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 of Cauliflower medium
  • 1 no Broccoli medium
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 8 - Small onions Kunjulli
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Chop small onions, broccoli, cauliflower and tomato.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add small onions and saute for 1 min.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and chopped green chillies and saute for another minute.
  • Add cauliflower, broccoli, 1 cup of water and salt and cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.
  • Add tomato to this.
  • Lightly beat eggs.
  • When all the vegetables are cooked well, add beaten eggs to it and scramble well.
  • Cook on a low flame.
  • :- Serve hot with bread, rice, or chappathis.
