Fried Chicken Franks

Fried franks with onion and jalapeno

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Chicken Franks
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 2 nos Jalapeno Peppers
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper freshly ground
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Make 1/2 inch slices of chicken franks (straight or angled).
  • Slice onion (length wise) and jalapeno.
  • Heat a pan or a kadai and add oil and butter.
  • When its hot, put in the franks, onion and jalapeno.
  • Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Stir occasionally till the franks turn golden brown.
  • :- Enjoy it hot either as a snack or as a side dish.
  • :- The franks are already salted, so add only a little salt. :- You can reduce the amount of oil and butter if health consious. :- People who like it spicy can substitute jalapenos with green chillies and add chilly powder instead of pepper.
