Make 1/2 inch slices of chicken franks (straight or angled).
Slice onion (length wise) and jalapeno.
Heat a pan or a kadai and add oil and butter.
When its hot, put in the franks, onion and jalapeno.
Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
Stir occasionally till the franks turn golden brown.
:- Enjoy it hot either as a snack or as a side dish.
:- The franks are already salted, so add only a little salt.
:- You can reduce the amount of oil and butter if health consious.
:- People who like it spicy can substitute jalapenos with green chillies and add chilly powder instead of pepper.
