Egg Vada

Easy to make egg vadas

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Eggs hardboiled and quartered)
  • 1 cup Allpurpose floour Maida
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 4 nos Onion sliced thinly
  • Ginger A small piece
  • 5 Green chillies
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Salt As reqd
  • Chilly powder As reqd
  • Cooking oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Crush green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
  • Mix together the sliced onions, the above crushed mixture, wheat flour, maida, chilly powder and salt with water sufficient to make it into a batter.
  • Dip the egg pieces one by one in the batter.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil, till done.
  • :- Serve warm.
