Ingredients
- Eggs(hardboiled and quartered)) - 6 nos
- Allpurpose floour(Maida) - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Onion(sliced thinly) - 4 nos
- Ginger(A small piece) -
- Green chillies - 5 –
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Chilly powder(As reqd) -
- Cooking oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Crush green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
- Mix together the sliced onions, the above crushed mixture, wheat flour, maida, chilly powder and salt with water sufficient to make it into a batter.
- Dip the egg pieces one by one in the batter.
- Deep fry them in hot oil, till done.
- :- Serve warm.

It was soggyy and to make it crisp you could have added besan flour instead of wheat flour
Thanks Vijaya .It was really nice. But instead of wheat flour and maida. i have tried gram flour and it truned out good
