Ingredients

Banana
- 2 nos
Maida
- 2 cup
Sugar
- 3 tbss
Egg
- 1 no
Cardamom
- 1 no
Salt
- pinch
Water
- as required
Oil
- as required
Turmeric powder
-pinch
Instructions
Mix the maida with
sugar
,
egg
,
salt
,
turmeric powder
,
cardamom
and
water
as
required.
Mix it well to make a thick batter.
Cut the
banana
in to thin long pieces and cover the bananas in it.
Heat
oil
in a non-stick pan and fry it till brown color.
Serve it with tea.
