  • Mix the maida with sugar, egg, salt, turmeric powder, cardamom and water as
  • required.
  • Mix it well to make a thick batter.
  • Cut the banana in to thin long pieces and cover the bananas in it.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry it till brown color.
  • Serve it with tea.
