Carrot and Mushroom Fry with a touch of pepper - Ramya V
- 250 gm Carrot
- 200 - Button mushrooms
- 2 nos Onions medium
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tbsp Oil
Quarter and slice carrots(thin), slice onions and quarter mushrooms.
Saute onion and carrot.
When carrot is nearly cooked, add mushrooms and saute for another 5 - 10 mins.
:- Serve hot with chappathis.
:- While adding mushrooms, add some water and boil. Strain and add pepper to the water to make excellent carrot-mushroom soup.
