Carrot-Mushroom Fry Carrot and Mushroom Fry with a touch of pepper - Ramya V 250 gm Carrot200 - Button mushrooms2 nos Onions (medium)1 tsp PepperSalt (As reqd)2 tbsp Oil Quarter and slice carrots(thin), slice onions and quarter mushrooms.Heat oil.Saute onion and carrot.Add salt.When carrot is nearly cooked, add mushrooms and saute for another 5 - 10 mins.Add pepper.:- Serve hot with chappathis.:- While adding mushrooms, add some water and boil.
