As reqd

Oil
Instructions
Quarter and slice carrots(thin), slice onions and quarter mushrooms.
Heat
oil
.
Saute
onion
and
carrot
.
Add
salt
.
When
carrot
is nearly cooked, add mushrooms and saute for another 5 - 10 mins.
Add pepper.
:- Serve hot with chappathis.
:- While adding mushrooms, add some
water
and boil. Strain and add pepper to the
water
to make excellent
carrot
-
mushroom
soup.
